ROTES is a Erasmus+ project that seeks to increase the supply, quality & relevance of vocational training for roofers with the aim to address the evolving labour market needs and the emerging occupational skills needs & mismatches, resulting from the rapid greening & digitalization of the roofing sector.

- Update occupational requirements
- Develop a novel curriculum for dual vocational training
- Support VET providers to integrate project materials and adjust their WBL and VET offerings
- Foster the capitalisation of ROTES results in VET practice
